First Day in Calgary

Arrived safely in Calgary, thank God! Travelling by myself wasn't so bad..I got the whole row on the plane to myself...Got to lie down and sleep! I was so tired...didn't sleep the night before because my flight was so early... Steve, the director of eMiCanada came to pick me up at the airport and then took me to his church, westhill community church...it was really nice...reminded me of the church in waterloo...i was so tired during service...met some really nice people but i can't remember their names..too tired...after church I went to steve's wife Barb's parents house for mother's day lunch...met her entire family...great people...so kind... spent the whole afternoon there... watched the hockey game..go flames go! so tired...it was decided that I stay with Barb's sister, Sandi and her husband Dave...I get the whole basement to myself...own room, bathroom and living room! so nice and cozy...so tired...haven't slept in 36 hours... wait, 38 hours in calgary time... first day of work the next day...must sleep...shower first...good nite...
